All returns and replacements must be directed to the manufacturer if it is after 30 days of invoice date. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Laser-Grafix warranties its products for 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
Laser-Grafix is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. The shipping carrier is responsible for such damage.
Laser-Grafix will not issue an RMA number for products damaged during shipping. Laser-Grafix will, however, place a new order for you while the carrier is processing your damage claim.
If you ordered a product from Laser-Grafix which needs returned or exchanged, you must get an RMA#. You can get an RMA# by filling out our online RMA form completely and then clicking on the submit button. We will process your form as soon as we receive it and supply you with an RMA# so you may send in your product.
