The e-mail confirmation arrived shortly after I sent my message and the package arrived Friday afternoon. We will be ordering more supplies from your store. I was very pleased with both the price and availability of the product ordered. The price was $17.00 less than where we were getting our toner cartridges including the shipping costs. They also arrived in less than half the time it took from our other supplier. Again thank you very much.

3) Linda--I received the toner around noon. Thanks so much for taking the time to call me back and suggest a functional substitute for the Apple-branded cartridge that seemed to be out of stock nationwide!

I always suspected that this type of cartridge was used in other brands of printers, but I didn't know specifically which one was equivalent to the Apple-branded one. All these years I could have been buying the cheaper IBM cartridge, but I'd never met anyone who knew this much about toner cartridges. You guys did, and you got our business! I will definitely keep you in mind for future toner purchases.
