A) WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY POLICIES?
Unsolicited E-mail is not sent to
Laser-Grafix customers. We do periodically send out notices to our customers in regards to site or product changes. Your personal and account information is secure as we value our customers' privacy.
B) WHY DO I NEED TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT?
An account must be set up to purchase products from Laser-Grafix. Once information is filled in, it will be saved and automatically be filled in each time you make a purchase in the future. This account will provide a login name and password that allows you to easily order online and use other features within the site.
C) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A PASSWORD?
A password will keep others from viewing your information and prevent others from making purchases in your name. Only you and our servers will have this password. Having a password will insure your information and privacy are protected.
D) HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SECURE?
We use 128-bit encryption technology on all parts of our site that requires you to provide personal or account information. These include online ordering, order status, order history, and email information.
E) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not process credit cards with billing addresses outside the United States.
F) HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We are unable to cancel an order once the order has been processed and shipped. However, if the product is unavailable, you can request cancellation on back-ordered items by sending an email to custsrv@lasergrafix.com. You will be notified if your order cannot be cancelled.
G) ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Laser-Grafix reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notification. Additional verification may be needed on orders placed of $1000 or more in order to protect the interests of our customers.

I) WHAT IS "MY LIST"?
"My List" is a feature we added for our returning customers who purchase several different items on a regular basis. Adding items to "My List" will save you time in finding and ordering products you order frequently.
J) WHAT IS THE "ADVANCED DRILL DOWN" FEATURE?
This product search feature helps you find all the products related to your particular printer, copier, fax, etc. It is estimated that there are over 20,000 different office machines (new and old). We try to keep this database as current as possible so your particular machine may or may not be listed.
